Brighten my day

Slowly and steadily I've been pulling out pieces from my spring storage box and when I pulled out this scarf I thought - yes! This is exactly the inspiration piece I need for a bright spring outfit.

Some days are made for spending on the couch with a good book, a cup of tea and a cute dog to cuddle with. This was one of those days for me.

Everyone has a few items in their closets that aren't necessarily fashionable, don't quite fit perfectly, but are so comfortable and so full of memory that it just feels good to break it out and wear it occasionally. That's how I feel about this deer cardigan.
