What to Wear?

My Grandparents will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary this June. (WHA? I know, right?! - Super inspiring)
 60 years of wedded bliss right here... okay - maybe not bliss... but still. Love them!


And we're having a fancy sit-down dinner at a local golf club. I have been helping them plan and do invitations and such but now I'm down to the real nitty-gritty... what do I wear?

I have a few different dresses in my wardrobe and a few on my wishlist - so let me know what you think is best in the comments below!

First up - the already in my wardrobe choices:

Simple purple capsleeve dress

 Green lace peplum dress


Purple and Red Floral v-neck

Orange and Magenta Colour-block shift

Black and White Print V-neck
Coral Lace A-line


OR - The possible purchase options

Navy Lace Capsleeve from Cleo

 Cobalt blue lace sleeveless (with ribbon belt - possibly switch out for a different belt...) from Cleo

Light teal lace capsleeve - AdditionElle
 

Obviously I'm digging the lace dress look - but I already have 2 lace dresses, so I feel like I should probably wear one of those. Then again - I'm thinking maybe I go out on a limb and find a wild tropical print or something? I just don't know! What do you think, friends?

    First of all - Congrats to your Grandparents that is an accomplishment! I like color I am a fan of the Red and purple print with the cardigan and the color of the coral one is great on you.. But for the event I would go with the Black and White Vneck Print with red Cardi for color, with no hose since it is June. The reason is because it a lot of older people will be present, a slightly longer dress to the knee might be a better choice. Especially if you are helping out you wont be pulling your dress down all night when picking up things. Trust me it is a Tall girl problem I can relate too older people always commenting on length of outfits.

    I think I like the simple capless sleeve blue dress and the lace blue dress at the end (for buying). I just love blue :) You look great in all of these pictures and Happy upcoming Anniversary to your grandparents. 60 years is amazing!
