Thankful

I have so much to be thankful for! My beautiful little monsters, I mean boys. My handsome husband - who supports me in all my crazed endeavours, my parents and sisters, my in-laws, our friends and our church. I am so grateful to have all of these wonderful people in my life and Thanksgiving is a perfect time to stop and be thankful.

We usually take a family photo on Thanksgiving Sunday for our family yearbook - and we even try and get our dog into the mix, which sometimes becomes disastrous. But aside from a bit of his tongue sticking out I think this one actually turned out well!

I wanted to wear jeans and something nice but comfortable since I'd be running back and forth setting the timer on the camera.

My boys were rocking the plaid shirts, so the hubs and I went with solid colours - and since the hubs likes me so much in white (he's a nut, I tell ya) I thought I'd try wearing this lace knit dolman sleeve sweater with jeans and my wine booties.

Simple jewellery and makeup and it was a good hangout and take family pictures look.

I hope all my Canadian readers had a wonderful Happy Thanksgiving - and that my friends in other countries had a great weekend!
