Ladies' Night
One of the ladies from my church hosted a wonderful dinner for a few of us. She's an amazing cook and we had a great night of delicious food, great wine and fantastic company! (Thanks Michelle!)
Having an opportunity to go out "sans kids" - even if it's to a friend's home for the evening is a chance to get out of the yoga pants or leggings and dress up a little. I wasn't sure if my black top and wine velvet pants would be too dressy - but it seemed that everyone was just the right amount of dressy - as we all know that ladies really dress for each other!
It was a great outfit for eating, drinking and laughing so hard I was almost in tears!

I love the color of the pants and those leopard print flats. Glad you could get out with the girls. I normally dress in pants, tee and flats as well for girls night.

ReplyDeleteIt looks like you were having a lot of fun. I love your pants the most, though. I'm in need of a new pair of cords...among other things! ;)
Have a great day!
