Oh here we go again - I'm back with some obnoxiously bright tights!
I just love opaque, bright coloured tights. I picked up several different pairs from Target, since they're going out of business here in Canada - and I love how the Merona tights fit and feel. They just happen to match my cobalt blazer so nicely, so I wore the obnoxious tights, blazer and a blingy necklace in all the same colourtone with a simple black coated pencil skirt and black knit shell.
I put on my over the knee boots (folded down to see those rockin tights) and it was even "warm" enough to take picures outside today. And by "warm" enough, I mean, I was relatively comfortable enough going from my down coat to my blazer to take pictures for approximately 3-5 minutes. I mean, it's ONLY -3! It's positively balmy outside!
Are obnoxiously bright tights "out" now? Were they ever "in"? I don't know - I just know that a wild pop of colour on my legs is just what I need to keep getting through the blah that is winter at the end of February and into March - with no signs of stopping. Sigh.

Owning myself quite a fair number of them, I am all for obnoxiously bright tights ;-) And cobalt and blue is such a great combination. Love the lacing of your boots and the fit of the blazer.

I love the tights they look great. I think the skirt and blue is a homerun. The blazer in blue then youj get the peekaboo on the tights. Great job.

Yes, they're going out of business here already! It's unfortunate because it gave us a little bit of an extra option for shopping, but they didn't carry all of the items that they do in the states and their pricing schedule wasn't exactly competitive. Just recently they announced that they were going to cut their losses and close up shop! Back to cross border shopping I guess!
