My Grandparents just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary!
We are so blessed to have such an amazing example of loving marriage to live up to.
I helped them plan and host a sit-down dinner for about 30 people at a local golf club and I wanted to wear something that was nice and light and flowy and still dressy enough for such a special family event.
I toyed with altering a dress I had thrifted and it just didn't turn out the way I had planned, so at the last minute my sister and I went shopping and I found the perfect dress at Cleo.
It was dressy, comfortable enough to eat a delicious roast beef dinner and stand up and sing in front of our family and friends. A wonderful night of celebration of 60 years of marriage. As the hubs and I come up on our 9th anniversary this week, it was certainly an exciting thing to celebrate and witness.
Some lovely but simple accessories and silver thong sandals and I was set and ready to go!
