13 years ago today, I got to marry my best friend. My husband, Ryan and I have known each other since we were 16 years old. Despite not starting to go together until University, he was even my high-school prom date!
Building a relationship out of a friendship has been an excellent foundation for us. We have been through some wonderful highs and some very serious lows in the last 13 years, but we are still going strong, still very much in love and still riding this crazy roller-coaster we call life together.
I wouldn't want to ride this ride with anyone else.
Here's to 13 more, and 13 more after that and another few 13s as well.
