This may actually be a first for me. I don't think I've ever worn a fully green outfit (that wasn't a dress).
It's just not a colour I used to consider working for me, but over the past couple of years more and more green has worked its way into my wardrobe.
It's such a nice, fresh, springlike colour. I do love all the brights that come back with spring and summer clothes - but it can be overwhelming to wear a veritable rainbow of colours every day. That said - I don't think I could do a monotone outfit without a print.
This maxi skirt is something I picked up last year and I just love the flow of it. I don't know if you can tell by these pics - but my husband had to say "Um, could you stop actually MOVING so I can take your picture?" Ha. I just love how the skirt moves so much that I'm spinning and swaying all the time I'm wearing it!
This super pale mint top and an old (but still great) linen jacket and I felt fresh and springy for worship on Sunday morning. My eyelet flats and some fun jewellery rounded out the outfit perfectly.
And if you look REALLY REALLY close you can see my current "jamicure" too. A friend of mine recently started selling jamberry nail wraps, and it's safe to say - I'm obsessed.
What's your favourite spring colour?
