What the Dickens?

I wore this outfit on St. Patrick's day - and I made sure I had some green on so I wouldn't get pinched!

This day was windy and cold (and even snowed - ugh!) in the morning, and then it became sunnier as the day went on, melting a bit more snow and making us think it was warmer out than it really was. Layering is a necessity at this time of year.

I love the way that this bright pink/coral cardigan looks with this fresh springy green of the tank underneath. It made me feel cheery and bright all day.

Also - it just happened to coordinate so well with my new pink lace flats that I picked up at Ardene on the weekend!

I'll leave you with one of my fave Dickens' quotes that just described today perfectly: "It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade." - from Great Expectations
