Red blazer and print pants

The print pants are back! Oh how I love printed pants. I have several pairs, in several different prints and I just think they're so fun.

These may be the most sedate pair I own, but I decided to try and pick up on the red in the print with my new blazer from Costco (I also got it in Navy because it was such a good deal and so comfy!).

I wore this to my nephew's first birthday party - so it went through a lot of sitting, standing, kneeling, snacking, laughing, photographing and so on and so on. My red flats worked in as my top-ten remix item and a simple white tee balanced this out to be a fun, comfortable and casual outfit for an afternoon family event.

I'm just so glad that the spring weather has finally arrived and I'm not burdened with long pants, socks, jackets, etc etc etc. Bring on the warm weather!

What do you wear for family gatherings? Do you dress up or go completely casual?
