Bridal Tea

Sunday afternoon we hosted a Bridal Tea for my friend Jess at church. It was a great fun afternoon, lots of laughs and yummy food (and cupcakes made by moi of course!) and I wore this black/white/red top in homage to the bride-to-be's wedding colour scheme.

Since I came early to help get things together (though most of the hard work was done by my other two friends who were hosting the tea) and I knew I would be running around taking a tonne of pictures I decided on pants instead of a skirt. I threw on my fave red flats (my top-ten remix item for this outfit) and a funky gold pendant necklace with a woven band that I made.

Colourful, comfortable, and fun. Perfect for an afternoon celebrating my friend and her upcoming wedding!

  1. That shirt is so fun! I love the cool print with the red shoes!

  2. I think it is cute that you were the photographer, and helper. I don;t think I have helped set up a big event before (helped with my own wedding some). Cute shirt and necklace.
